For your utmost benefit, please sign up for membership. Your personal information will be kept in privacy and will be used only for providing Doll Marché service to you and to send you news of our new products and service.

 

 Membership

Store membership is 100% FREE.
If you are a registered member, your information will be automatically filled in on order form. 
Members can benefit from store events and special promotions.
To register new member, click  (Member Card icon) in Top Menu.
To log in, click(Lock icon). To log out, click 
(Unlock icon). 

 

 Payment

When you complete order, our shopping cart system will automatically guide you to Paypal checkout.
You can complete payment in a few seconds.
If you wish to pay later, please hit BACK button. Your order status will be in "Pending Status"

You can manually complete payment by Paypal.
Our Paypal address : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please input your order number in subject line. We'll confirm your payment within 24 hrs.

 

 Combine Orders

You can combine multiple orders only before we ship out your package. 
Please notify us by email or in Q&A board, indicating your order number.

 

 Cancel Order

Pending order over 7 days will be automatically canceled. 
For limited items, we can reserve your order for 3 days. Please make sure you confirm payment before order expires.

 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING


 Shipment method

We offer Registered Airmail and EMS for your choices. 
Shipping fee is listed in order process before you check out.

Please provide your name and accurate mailing address in order to prevent delayed shipment. 
Transit time depends on your location and selected shipment method.

  Expected Delivery Time

For in-stock items, we need 3-7 days to prepare your shipment.
For pre-order items, estimated shipment schedule will be written in product description. 

 
 
 

RETURN POLICY


 Loss In Delivery

Our shopping mall service ends when shipment is delivered. Loss packages in delivery by third party is beyond our responsibility. We seek your understanding.

In case of loss, if shipment does not show up in respectable timeframe, please contact us.  We'll have Thailand Post run an investigation of the current status of shipment. This process can take time upto 60 days. 

 

 Damage In Delivery

All Doll Marché merchandises are non-refundable.
Products are inspected and securely packed before shipping out. Damage from rough handling during delivery by postal agent is beyond our responsibility. We seek for your understanding.

In case goods is damaged in delivery, please contact us by email or Q&A board immediately within 7 days after you receive product. Please provide your order number and picture proof of damaged products. 

If proven that damage is caused by poor/insufficient protection on our part, we'll send replacement for free.
If proven that damage is caused from other uncontrollable circumstances such as rough handling, rough weather and other mishaps, we are not bound for responsibility.

 

 Defective or Mistakenly Delivered Merchandise

All Doll Marché merchandises are non-refundable. 
In case of defective or mistakenly delivered merchandise (wrong color, item number, size, etc.), we offer a 
replacement for free
Please contact us immediately within 7 days after you receive product, 
Please provide your order no. and picture of defective / mistaken item.

* Return policy does not cover damage caused by improper handling / usage of end users and third party.

* Return policy can be effective only within 7 days after you received products. This period is checked from arrival date in online tracking website. Request for return policy outside the 7 days period is impossible. Please make sure you contact us immediately.
