 Registration & Member log in

To register new member, click  (Member Card icon) in Top Menu.
To log in, click(Lock icon). To log out, click (Unlock icon). 
To retrieve forgotten password, click (Question icon)  

 My personal info 
 
You can find your personal info at USER MENU as sticky note located at right bottom of your screen.
You can add / edit personal info, delivery address, and check your order history from this menu.
 

 Shopping cart
 
Your selected items will be automatically added to shopping cart. To check shopping cart content, you may need to refresh page or click MY CART in USER MENU.

  

 Product size

Product sizes and models are shown in product description. If you are not sure of product size, please contact us for additional info.

 

 Can we make "tailored size" for your doll?

Please contact us for discussion.

 

 Combine / Cancel order

You can combine multiple orders only before we ship out the items. Please notify us by email or in Q&A board, indicating your order numbers.

Order cancellation can be done only when payment is still not confirmed. If payment is fully received, we cannot allow money refunds. Payment pending unconfirmed for 7 days will be automatically cancelled. For limited products, if payment is not confirmed within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.

 

 Payment

When you complete order, our shopping cart system will automatically guide you to Paypal website.
You can complete payment in a few seconds.
If you wish to pay later, please hit BACK button. Your order status will be in "Pending Status"

You can manually complete payment by Paypal.

Please input your order number in subject line. We'll confirm your payment within 24 hrs.

 Tracking number is not shown in online tracking system

After shipment, we'll send you shipment notice via email. 
Tracking website: http://www.track-trace.com/post

Some countries do not provide online tracking service for Registered Airmail.  You may not be able to track online until it reaches destination post office system.  We're very sorry for your inconvenience but this is beyond our control.  In case shipment still not reach you in respectable timeframe, please contact us immediately.

EMS tracking service is available.

 

 Lead time

We ship items via Thailand Post
For in-stock items, we need 3-7 days to prepare your items.
For pre-order items, please check details in product description.

For Registered Airmail, lead time to Asia is approx. 7 days / Europe & Oceania 14 days / USA & North America 14-21 days / South America & Africa 21 days.

For EMS, transit time is about half of Registered Airmail.

** This is estimated time. Lead time may varies by your location. 

 

 Loss or damaged items in delivery

Our shopping mall service ends when shipment is delivered. Loss packages in delivery by third party is beyond our responsibility. We seek your understanding.

In case of loss, if shipment does not show up in respectable timeframe, please contact us.  We'll have Thailand Post run an investigation of the current status of shipment. This process can take time upto 60 days. 

In case of damage in delivery, please refer to our RETURN POLICY. Please contact us within 7 days period after receiving package, providing order number and photo proof of damage.
